Shipping & Returns

As required by the laws governing trade, all Quaranta.eu shipments are released with accompanying invoice stating the value of individual items in euros.

For items on sale the receipt shows the discounted amounts.

National orders shipped with GLS  

Free shipping in all Italyfor amounts equivalent to or over € 40 
Delivery with standard Gls : 1 - 2 working days 

Europe: 
Free shipping for amounts equivalent to or over € 100

Delivery with economy Dhl : 5 working days 

Extra Europe: 
Free shipping for purchases over or equivalent to € 500 
Delivery by DHL Express: 2-3 working days. 


Useful information for shipments :  
Orders are sent by Liliana Quaranta srl ​​from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:30.  
Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and the bank verification for our new customers.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

During the sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer. 
 

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

ORDERS ITALY


If the customer is absent on the first attempt, the GLS courier will make a new attempt on the next working day.

If the courier, having made 2 attempts, could not complete the delivery, the Liliana Quaranta srl ​​company   will contact the customer informing him of what happened and trying to agree on a new delivery date.   In this case, the customer is required   to pay the costs for the release of the stock directly to the   Courier service.   (€ 7.75 + € 0.10 per Kg)

All customers at the time of order are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out.

If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery of the goods, the shipping costs will be deducted from the reimbursement due to the customer, whatever the mode requested.

 

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

EU ORDERS - EXTRA EU

If the customer is absent on the first attempt, DHL courier will make a new attempt on the next working day.

If the courier, made 2 attempts fails to make the delivery, Liliana Quaranta srl will contact the customer informing him of what happened and trying to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the customer is required  to pay the costs for stock release (these costs will be communicated via email).  

All customers at the time of order are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out.

If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery of the goods, the shipping costs (including any customs re-import duties) will be deducted from the refund due to the customer, whatever the mode requested.

For countries with destination  extra Europe any local tax or fees for importation are charged to the customer .

 

Shipment insurance:


Shipments with destination in Italy are not insured: the customer, at the time of the order, can send an explicit request by email by writing to the address   web@quaranta.eu . In the case of missing or damaged packages, the customer is obliged to accept the shipment with reserve, mentioning the defects / deficiencies found on the documents. Otherwise the damages and losses will be charged to the customer who cannot be refund. In the event the customer accepts a shipment without reporting the specific reservations, the dispute will not be valid.


In the event that the customer requests a shipment with his own courier or is already in possession of an insurance policy, no amount or discount can be requested and deducted from the relative order; the goods will travel at the risk of the customer.

Shipments with extra Europe destination are regularly insured for the amounts shown on the accompanying commercial invoice.

 

RETURNS 
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for size change, credit store or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. 

Return instructions 
- returned items must not show any signs of use and must have intact warranty seals.

- before returning, you must be authorized by  Liliana   Quaranta srl.

- to request authorization for the return, the customer must send an email to web@quaranta.eu within 14 days of receipt of the goods, containing the codes of the items to be returned or the order number in the case of total return; it must be specified if a size change, credit store or refund is requested.

- upon receipt of the return request, Liliana   Quaranta srl ​​will authorize the customer   releasing via email   the rma code   with   the relevant instructions. 
- unauthorized shipments or those with an incorrect RMA code on the packaging will be refused.

Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders for which customers request returns and wish to receive a refund will be retained.

It is possible to use the shipping documents provided by Liliana Quaranta Srl for returns shipments: in this case the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded or from the issue of the credit store  

The customer can choose 3 types of compensation:


1) Size change:

it is possible to make the change only for a different size of the same item, if available. it is not possible to change the garment with a different item.  

2) Refund:  
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. 
The reimbursement amounts will be made with the same payment method made by the customer. 

3) Store credit: 
- can be used only once within 6 months from the time of return; 
- cannot be combined with other store credits; 
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value; 

The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of Andria located in Via regina margherita, 104 76123 (BT), within 10 days from the written authorization to the customer by the returns department.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN


- The warranty and protection seal present on items that are returned must be neither cut nor broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not present any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not show signs of any kind, the sticker / safety label affixed to the soles and / or in any other part of the shoes, must not be removed, nor altered in color and shape.  
- each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.  
- all footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as the only external packaging.  
- returns must be sent inside the quaranta.eu box.  
- in the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Liliana Quaranta srl ​​it is required to follow the same instructions as above.   Liliana   Quaranta srl ​​reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.  
- swimsuits and intimate garments (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on your own underwear.

- Liliana Quaranta srl ​​reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

- Liliana Quaranta srl ​​will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy: in these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE RETURN

 

PRICES AND CURRENCY 
Orders are invoiced in Euros and not in the currency requested or displayed by the customer. 
Given the fluctuation of the various currencies, the final charge of the online payment will reflect the real exchange rate between the euro and the client's currency including bank commissions (the real exchange rate is never the one applied by the banks on online transactions). 

Quaranta.eu invites customers to contact their bank regarding exchange rates and bank commissions. 

Customs duties can be included or excluded based on the destination country. To check this point, just select the destination country and add at least one item to view the cart. The cost summary shows whether customs duties are included or excluded from the total price. 
Any local taxes and applicable taxes from the state of the buyer are not included and are charged to the customer. 

For shipments not directed to Italy it is the customer's obligation to inquire about any extra local taxes for the delivery of their order that are not included in the total order.
