All European shipments are entrusted to DHL economy service which takes 5 working days.

All non-European shipments are entrusted to DHL express service which take 2-3 working days.

During sales, promotions, events or national holidays shipments may take longer.
Shipping is not free on sales or limited edition items marked as "drop".
Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for size change or a refund within 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
It is possible to change only for a different size of the same item, if available.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed, by using the same payment method chosen at the order time.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive via email with the relative instructions.
Return shipping costs will be retained. For returns shipped independently by the customer, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.
