Our Legacy - The New Formalwear

In 2005, from the idea of three swedes- Cristopher NyingRichardos Klarén and Jockum Hallin the brandOUR LEGACY was born.The brand immediately became famous due to the continuous research and exploration of what are the main themes of each season and originality in the choice of production materials. Maniacal attention to detail in every single garment makes any product special. For the fall-winter 2022 collection, creative director Christopher Nying quotes "I had in mind a conservative style and a child, looking up to an authority figure and feeling small" and it is this phrase that leads to the creation, with his creative team, of this collection. Timeless garments within imaginary, almost spiritual spaces where oversize lines, precious details, asymmetries and the use of multiple fabrics reveal to us a unique collection, harmonious and modern at the same time.  Capturing it all on camera was French photographer Thomas Hauser, whose professional touch brought out all these aspects perfectly. Berlin is the location conceived for this campaign, and the choice of black and white clearly emphasizes the sensuality, intimacy and beauty of the forms, ideas and emotions that are hidden among the faces of the models. Hauser's work often focuses on memories and the eras in which they are preserved and reproduced. His photography marries with sculpture and film, and this is all apparent when looking at the campaign images.
