The contract between the customer and HUB Q SRL comes into effect upon receipt of the order confirmation. HUB Q SRL has the right to withdraw in the event of obvious errors concerning the goods or orders.

Prices and availability

The prices of the products shown on this site are clearly indicated and include VAT, where applicable. The product price is subject to an additional shipping cost, if applicable, such as for items on sale, on promotion, contained in the "release" section and/or marked with the symbol.

Promotional codes apply to full-price items.

Given the fluctuation of the different currencies, the final online payment charge will consider the real exchange rate between the euro and the customer's currency including bank commissions. Hub Q SRL invites customers to contact their bank regarding exchange rates and bank fees.

Shipping and Delivery

HUB Q SRL ships the order to the address indicated at the order time. Orders are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order has been placed, between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm, subject to availability confirmation and bank verification for bank transfer payments.

Responsibility

HUB Q SRL assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to majeure forces which prevent the execution of the contract in whole or in part, as well as for damages, losses and costs incurred by the customer.

Customers’ obligations

The customer undertakes to view and accept this terms and conditions at registration and / or order confirmation time. It is strictly forbidden to enter false and / or invented and / or fictional data during the purchase and registration procedure. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter third parties data. Liliana Quaranta Srl reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "Returns" section of your user profile. For guest orders placed without user registration, please contact Customer Service by emailing [email protected] and/or [email protected] or by contacting +39 389 662 3408, including via WhatsApp.

Returned items must show no signs of use and must have the warranty seals intact.
Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal undergarments.
Returns are not permitted for items such as perfumes, candles, personal care products, glasses, phone cases, and accessories (jewelry).
Returns must be shipped in the quaranta.eu box or similar packaging.
The product's original box must not be used as the sole packaging for the return.

HUB Q SRL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return policy and will return them to the customer. The shipping costs for non-compliant returns will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed upon completion of the receipt, verification, and acceptance of the returned item, using the same payment method chosen by the customer. No refund will be issued for non-compliant returns.

If the reason for the return is attributable to HUB Q SRL, the company will arrange for the free collection of the return and the full refund.

Current legislation and jurisdiction

The contracts will be subject to Italian law and all disputes will be the competence of the Court of Trani.
