All European shipments are entrusted to DHL economy service which takes 2-3 working days.
Free shipping over €150 for full price items.
Extra Europe
All non-European shipments are entrusted to DHL express service which take 5 working days.
Free shipping over €500 for full price items. Customs duties and any import charges or taxes are charged to the customer.
During sales, promotions, events or national holidays shipments may take longer.
Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive via email with the relative instructions.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed, by using the same payment method chosen at the order time. Shipping costs will be retained.
